NCDA Building Gets Nimbus® 15 Lightning Protection Installed by PowerPro

July 2021 – PowerPro Philippines designed, supplied, and installed Cirprotec Nimbus 15 ESE lightning protection system for the seven-storey building of National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA). The building is located in Isidora Street, Brgy. Holy Spirit, Quezon City.

The lightning protection system package installed for the NCDA building includes Cirprotec Nimbus 15 ESE lightning rods and Cirprotec CDR-401 lighting discharge counters.

The Cirprotec nimbus® lightning protection system has a radius of protection of up to 120 m that will protect NCDA building from lightning strike damages. Thanks to its Early Streamer Emission (ESE) technology, the impact of the lightning strike takes places at a point above the tip of the rod. This feature provides a larger radius of protection and enhances cost efficiency.
